Licence Condition
Deliverables The licensee must systematically review the UV disinfection system at the premises. The review must include, but need not be limited to: Verification of existing installation against design performance criteria; Assessment of system reliability in the event of equipment and/or power failure; Assessment of redundancy levels of the UV system and associated equipment; Assessment of control philosophy and alarms; and Assessment of operating and maintenance tasks.A report outlining the findings of the review and the proposed measures to improve the performance of the UV system and reduce the risk on non-compliance with Environment Protection Licence conditions must be submitted to the EPA via email to hunter.region@epa.nsw.gov.au by no later than 31 October 2016.
